- Experience: Proven experience in technical support and customer engineering, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Acquisition: Oversee technical support and Global Customer Engineering activities for our client's customers in Europe.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve budget and growth targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at strategic accounts.
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities and share key account information.
- Technical Support: Lead and supervise engineers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex equipment and software systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and business intelligence teams to ensure a coordinated approach.
- Training and Development: Ensure engineers are fully trained and current with the latest upgrades and releases.
